1. Registration

1.1. All registrations must be completed online through the event website or designated registration platform. 

1.2. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from the event organizer.

1.3 The event organizer only allows 2-3 registered participants per company 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. If a delegate cannot attend, they must notify the event organizer as soon as possible.

2.2. Delegate passes are non-transferable unless approved by the event organizer in writing.

2.3. The event organizer reserves the right to reject a registration by a non-qualifying participant.

3. Event Changes and Cancellation

3.1. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, and speakers. 

3.2. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the event organizer will notify delegates as soon as possible. 

3.3. The event organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates.

4. Delegate Conduct

4.1. Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. 

4.2. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject delegates whose behavior is deemed inappropriate. 

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Personal data collected during registration will be used for the purpose of administering the event. 

5.2. By registering, delegates consent to their contact information being shared with event sponsors and partners. 

5.3. Delegates have the right to opt-out of such sharing by notifying the event organizer in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials provided during the event are the intellectual property of the event organizer or the respective speakers. 

6.2. Delegates may not reproduce, distribute, or display these materials without prior written permission from the event organizer.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The event organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to that caused by theft, fire, acts of God, or any other cause beyond its control. 

7.2. The event organizer’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

By registering for the event, delegates acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
