Fikri began his media career in 2008 and joined Ogilvy Public Relations in 2012, developing creative strategies for top global brands like Unilever, Disney, and Google. In 2016, he moved to L’Oréal Indonesia, where he was promoted to Communications, CSR, and Sustainability Manager. By 2018, he was leading communications for the Consumer Products Division, managing brands like L’Oréal Paris and Garnier. Fikri spearheaded Garnier’s Green Beauty transformation, launching Indonesia’s first beauty brand recycling app, eRecycle. He also led Garnier’s partnership with the Ministry of Environment. In 2021, he became L’Oréal Indonesia’s Head of Corporate Responsibility, driving sustainability initiatives.
