Maulana Started his career as a researcher in National television (SCTV) and several market research agencies. He transitioned to the creative world, executing brand campaigns at various agencies, and joined retail marketing at Ace Hardware in 2012, a part of Kawan Lama Retail Group. In 2019, he moved to ruparupa.com as the Chief Experience and Analytics Officer, ruparupa is the e-commerce platform of Kawan Lama Retail Group. At ruparupa, he leads the customer experience team in creating seamless online and offline shopping experiences, and he manages the data team to provide descriptive and predictive analytics.
